Porto Dead Sea- Structural Package- Phase 1&2

We're proud to be part of the Porto Dead Sea project, a major tourism development in Jordan. The project entails constructing a 440-room resort, four five-star hotels, three malls, and a health and spa center, with a phased development plan spanning seven years.

We contributed to two phases of the hotel construction, total area of 65420m2 of 5 parts as follows:

1. Hotel Parts A, F, and G:
- Total area: 22,124m²
- 10 floors
2. Hotel Parts B, C, and H:
- Total area: 17,890m²
- Part H: 10 floors
- Parts B and C: 3 floors

Our scope contained Structural works, partition works, and some finishing and external works. Both phases are situated on a large plot of land measuring 805,774m², as part of the broader Porto Dead Sea development.
