The Abdali Mall is a large-scale retail and entertainment destination, spanning five floors above ground with a total area of 86,997 square meters. The mall features a diverse range of amenities, including:
- A large number of retail shops
- Entertainment center with 11 cinema screens
- Food court and casual dining plaza
- Supermarket and department stores
The mall's parking facility consists of five basement floors, covering an area of 136,631 square meters, and can accommodate approximately 2,400 vehicles. The gross leasable area for the mall is 71,178 square meters.
Our scope of work for the project included:
- Excavation works
- Structural works, including first MEP fix for:
- Basement floors (16,000 sqm) and residential tower (140,000 sqm)
- Upper floors of the mall
- Finishing works, including MEP installation for:
- Parking areas and upper floors (226,628 sqm)
- Landscape works, including:
- External works and paving
- Furnishings and amenities
