The extension project comprised three distinct components, spanning a total area of 9,211 square meters. The project's scope included:
1. Air Cargo Building: A two-story concrete structure with a total area of 6,253 square meters, designed to accommodate cargo handling and storage facilities.
2. Royal Aeronautical Sports Club: A steel-structured facility, a plane hangar, with a total area of 1,674 square meters.
3. The Royal Falcons Building: A two-story steel structure with a total area of 1,284 square meters, featuring plane hangars, offices, a cafeteria, and pilots' lounges.
