Al Qula’a Hotel

We played a key role in the construction of the Al Qala'a Hotel, a five-star resort located in the Saraya Aqaba Resort development in Jordan. The hotel features 315 guestrooms and 55 suites, along with a range of amenities, including restaurants, pools, halls, meeting rooms, spa, clubs and specialty shops and lounges.

The hotel's structure spans five floors and covers an area of 65,000m² on a plot of 18,000m². Our scope of work included all structural and partition works for Phase 1 of the project, delivering a world-class hospitality destination that shall showcase Jordan's stunning natural beauty.
