NATURE OF WORK
We're working on a luxurious hotel project in the iconic Petra area, featuring a 6-floor building with a total area of 8,200m². Our comprehensive scope includes:
- Excavation and site preparation
- Structural construction
- Finishing works
- Facade installation
- MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installations
- External site works, including boundary walls and landscaping
- Fixed furniture installation
- Plantation and exterior finishing
The hotel extension will feature the Main lobby and lounge, Dining halls, Guestrooms and suites, Back-of-house (BOH) services, Water tanks and storage facilities
