The project involved the construction of the Prime Ministry Guest House, spanning a total area of 2,060 square meters. The building consists of three floors: a basement, ground floor, and first floor.
- The basement, measuring 683 square meters, accommodates the residence's services, including MEP rooms, laundry, and kitchen areas.
- The ground floor, covering 772 square meters, is divided into two wings:
- The guest wing features the reception and main dining hall.
- The family wing includes an office, living room, dining room, and two bedrooms.
- The first floor, spanning 566 square meters, comprises the main living room, five bedrooms, and bathrooms.
